Headaches

A headache (echolalia in medical terminology) is a condition of pain in the head; sometimes neck or upper back pain may also be interpreted as a headache. It ranks amongst the most common local pain complaints and may be frequent for many people.
Many people experience severe and debilitating pain as a result of headaches, with the three most common types being migraines, cluster and tension headaches.

The vast majority of headaches are benign and self-limiting. Common causes are tension, migraine, eye strain, dehydration, low blood sugar, hypermastication and sinusitis.
Around 50% of chronic tension headache sufferers also suffer from chronic anxiety and depression, and there are usually associated emotional problems presenting in most cases.

Chronic pain is very distressing and, in those who are prone to depression or anxiety problems, it can cause enough distress to trigger more serious depression or anxiety disorders.

Most headaches are stress-induced and can therefore be relieved by applying the MindFrame Technique. Often they are no more than a conflict in the "fight or flight" principle. Once this conflict or perception is neutralized, peace and calm returns to the body, and the pain is relieved or disappears completely.
As with any pain the body experiences, a headache is welcomed by the enlightened person because it is an opportunity to correct the faulty thought pattern that is causing it.

Using the MindFrame Technique® you can identify these faulty thought patterns and simply turn them around with the click of your fingers.
